• For gold jewellery and lab-grown diamond products, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the items — these are not considered defects
• Customized or made-to-order items are produced specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged except in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy
• We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if a product becomes unavailable or if there is an error in the listing

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order.

All prices displayed on the Ratnam Labs website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. For international orders, applicable currency conversion and taxes will be reflected at checkout.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and locations, subject to an additional handling fee
