Ratnam Labs specialises exclusively in authentic, fine jewellery. We do not sell demi-fine or gold-plated products. Every piece is crafted to last a lifetime.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Because every Ratnam Labs piece is either handcrafted to order or prepared with meticulous quality checks, our dispatch timelines reflect the care that goes into each item.

  • Gold Jewellery & Silver Jewellery: Orders are typically dispatched within 12-15 working days after payment confirmation
  • Lab-Grown Diamond (LGD) products: Orders are dispatched within 12-15 working days after payment confirmation, subject to certification and quality verification
  • Customized or made-to-order pieces may require additional time beyond the standard window — our team will keep you updated
  • Orders are only processed after full payment is received and verified
  • Once dispatched, you will receive shipment confirmation with tracking details via SMS, email, and WhatsApp

Why 12-15 Working Days?

Unlike mass-produced jewellery, our gold, silver, and lab-grown diamond pieces undergo thorough craftsmanship, hallmarking, and quality checks before they leave our workshop. This ensures you receive a piece that is truly worth the wait.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timelines depend on your location across India.

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, etc.) — typically 2–4 business days after dispatch
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities — typically 4–7 business days after dispatch
  • Remote or rural locations — may take up to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on logistics availability
  • An estimated delivery window based on your pincode will be displayed at checkout
  • Timelines are indicative and may vary based on courier conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances

Delays & Exceptions

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

  • Adverse weather conditions — including floods, storms, or natural calamities affecting courier routes
  • Courier disruptions — operational issues, strikes, or capacity constraints at logistics partners
  • Regional restrictions — local lockdowns, state-level restrictions, or areas with limited serviceability
  • Public holidays — dispatch and delivery may be paused on national or regional holidays

Unserviceable Locations

  • If your delivery address falls outside our serviceable area, our support team will contact you directly
  • We will work to arrange an alternate delivery solution wherever possible
  • If no alternative is available, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method
